Pack Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box.

Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
